Armenian Jewelers Raise $100,000
4/30/2007

A spectacular jewelry event held by the Armenian Jewelers Association has raised $100,000 for charitable causes.

Attended by Blu Cantrell and Bai Ling, among others, the jewelry runway show exhibited the beautiful designs of ten Armenian designers, according to JCK Magazine. Many of these designers are world-renowned for the quality of their platinum creations.

Haytayan Jewelers, for instance, sells a stunning platinum diamond bracelet for $12,220 as well as numerous platinum and diamond rings.

But it was Varna Platinum which stole the show, with its breathtaking range of spectacular platinum designs. The company was formed by platinum-smith Garo Chividjian, who "perfected his craft of meticulous hand-made fine jewels" in Bulgaria.

"Bringing his devotion to the United States, Garo's unmatched style became an immediate sensation, influencing the popularity of modern vintage jewelry and simultaneously being one of the first jewelers to hand fabricate in platinum," a statement from the company reads.

Varna Platinum's engagement rings are particularly striking and the range of designs on offer is hugely impressive. Similarly striking are the platinum and pearl earrings, which beautifully complement the company's platinum necklaces and pendants.
