Top jewellery brand Domino has launched a new range of stone set wedding rings for 2008.

There are nine new designs to choose from, each one "superbly set and perfectly polished", reports J-Dex, a leading jewellery trade magazine.

Each ring is available in platinum, gold and white gold and is set with a diamond pattern.

Andrew Sclitt, Domino's sales and marketing director, told the magazine: "Our stone set wedding ring collection is an exciting new addition to our extensive ring mounts and existing wedding ring range."

He added that the collection provides a fresh look to the range and is set to deliver "something different".

Domino is Europe's leading supplier of wedding rings and diamond mount rings.

Meanwhile, US wedding guide The Knot has stated that vintage and heirloom wedding engagement rings, such as that sported by Jennifer Love Hewitt, will be a big trend for 2008.

"Passing down a time-honoured piece of jewellery adds another layer of sentimentality that can't be bought in a store," it stated.
