The actress opted for diamond stud earrings, a diamond and platinum link bracelet, a diamond right-hand ring and diamond and platinum hair clips, all by celebrity favourite Neil Lane.
 
The Samantha Who? star expressed her love of glamorizing herself for Hollywood events, telling reporters how much she adored her dress.
 
"I'm like a baby with shiny things! It's beautiful and it swishes on the bottom," she continued.
 
The comic actress was nominated for the Outstanding performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series award for her role as Samantha, a women trying to piece her life together while suffering from amnesia.
 
The award was won by Tina Fey for her part in 30 Rock.
