PGI UK has been running a bridal advertising campaign for two years, reinforcing and supporting the huge growth in platinum bridal sales that has been seen in the last decade. Based on extensive consumer research, the campaign was relaunched in 2006 to reflect consumers' belief that the best relationship was one based on intimacy.
The strapline, "Your love has just gone Platinum", was created to reflect this - that the best relationship deserves the best precious metal. The UK 2008 advertising campaign features beautiful jewellery provided by partner manufacturers in a variety of print and online media. In addition, advertorial has been used for the first time to deepen the education message and raise designer awareness.

The campaign has featured in bridal titles Brides, You & Your Wedding, Cosmo Bride, lifestyle titles Cosmopolitan and Company, online sites www.confetti.co.uk, www.timesonline.co.uk, www.guardian.co.uk and www.youandyourwedding.co.uk, and national newspaper titles The Times and The Independent.
For the first time a male audience has been targeted by the the use of innovative "share square" formats, finding great success for our advertising partners already this year.
