Courage was joined by fellow honorees Susan Jacques, President and CEO of Borsheims and recipient of the WJA Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award, and Mark Smeltzer and Dave Bonaparte, who accepted the WJA Corporate Award for Excellence on behalf of JCK Group.

WJA President, Kendra Bridel Weinman applauded the winners, "We are honored to have the opportunity to recognize this distinguished group of recipients-these are the leaders of our industry who are an inspiration to all of us."

Past recipients of the Ben Kaiser Award include Matthew Runci, CEO of Jewelers of America, in 2009, and Steven Kaiser, son of the man after whom the award is named, in 2008.
